At Breakthrough Records, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and transparently. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Preorder Times: Shipping times for preordered items are determined on a drop-to-drop basis. Once a vinyl pressing is in hand at our warehouse:

   • Non-Fill Records: If you ordered a non-fill record, your items will be processed within 5-7 days of the vinyl becoming available. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
   • Filled Records: For filled records, shipping will occur approximately 3-4 weeks after the pressing is in hand at our warehouse.

2. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please be aware that international orders may incur customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
