  1. Damaged Items in Transit: We understand that damage during shipping can occur. Unfortunately, Breakthrough Records will not be able to issue refunds for items damaged in transit. However, if your item arrives damaged and is not repairable, we will do our best to replace it. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and supporting evidence (such as photos) of the damage.

  2. Pre-Ordered Items: Due to the nature of pre-ordered items, all sales are final once the pressing has arrived in hand at Breakthrough Records headquarters. We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for pre-orders once this stage is reached.
